| 摘 要： | 通过对新乡市周边25个行政村失地农民生活状况的抽样调查,在分析失地农民的生活状况变化的基础上,建议政府要引导失地农民转变就业观念尽早尽快就业,停止建房式的投资模式,保留一定数量资金用于维持基本生活和应急所需,规划建设规范化的安置小区,预留较多建设用地划归集体开发利用,才能促进失地农民生活水平稳步提高。

| Abstract: | The results from surveying the life condition of land-losed farmers around Xinxiang city showed that the government should solve their job problem by promoting the change of their job concept,stop the investment model based on building more unnecessary houses,reserve the fixed fund for maintaining their basic life and emergency,build the standardized placement residential districts and provide some construction lands for collective development and utilization to improve the life level of land-losed farmers step by step. |
