摘    要:为给克隆到的棉花纤维素合成酶CesA基因的功能分析提供参考,采用生物信息学、基因保守结构域搜索、聚类分析和电子拼接技术,分析了拟南芥和棉花纤维素合成酶在基因组上的分布,预测了从棉花中克隆到的纤维素合成酶CesA基因的功能.结果表明:棉花中克隆的纤维素合成酶基因与拟南芥纤维素合成酶基因参与纤维素、多糖生物合成的纤维素合成酶基因亲缘关系较近,推测克隆的基因可能参与纤维素合成或参与多糖的生物合成过程,该基因的具体功能有待进一步深入研究.

Abstract:In order to provide a reference for functional analysis of CesA gene cloning from cotton,the cellulose synthase genomic distribution in A.thalianaand cotton was analyzed and CesA gene function cloning from cotton was forecasted by using bioinformatic,genetic conserved domain searching,cluster analysis and in silico cloning.The results showed that the phylogenetic relationship was close between cellulose synthase genes of cotton and A.thaliana.It was predicted that the cloned genes might participate in the cellulose combining and biosynthesis process of polysaccharide,the specific functions of which need to be studied in further.
