| 摘 要： | 为推动贵州扶贫生态移民工程的实施,分析了实施扶贫生态移民的重要意义、主要特征和环境条件,提出了坚持以城镇集中安置模式为主、建立健全移民工作机构、抓好移民规划编制、多渠道筹措移民资金、促进移民稳定就业、制定和完善配套政策等对策措施。

| Abstract: | To promote the implementation of poverty alleviation and ecological migration in Guizhou Province,in this paper the important significance,main characteristics and environmental conditions of the implementation of poverty alleviation and ecological migration were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were suggested as follows: to mainly insist on the mode of urban centralized resettlement,to establish migration work agencies,to grasp migration planning,to raise funds for migration project from multiple channels,to promote migrants employment stably and to develop and perfect the supporting policies. |
