合川戴氏霉菌株产纤维素酶活力的条件优化

摘    要:为耐高温真菌资源的开发利用提供参考依据,在查氏基础培养基上,进行了提高合川戴氏霉GZUIFR-H08-1菌株产纤维素酶活力的条件优化试验。结果表明:合川戴氏霉GZUIFR-H08-1产纤维素酶的最佳碳源为可溶性淀粉20g/L,氮源为氯化铵2.8g/L,初始pH 8.0,金属离子为Ca2+5mmol/L。在此发酵条件下,其酶活力达558.73U,比初筛时的酶活力高2.44倍。

Abstract:A condition optimization test for improving the cellulase-producing activity of T.hechuanensis GZUIFR-H08-1 was conducted based on the Czapek basal medium to provide a reference for the development and utilization of the thermotolerant fungi resources.The results showed that its cellulase activity was up to 558.73 U,which was 2.44 times as that of preliminary screening in the following conditions: soluble starch 20 g/L,NH4Cl 2.8 g/L,initial pH 8.0,Ca2+ 5 mmol/L.
