贵州省鲜猪肉中兽药残留的监测分析

摘    要:为了解贵州省鲜猪肉中的兽药残留情况,采用液相色谱-质谱联用法对从贵州省9个地(州、市)24个农贸市场随机采集的108份鲜猪肉样本进行氟苯尼考胺、四环素类和磺胺类等兽药残留含量检测。结果表明:10种磺胺类、4种四环素类和氟苯尼考胺的实际检出量均在国家食品标准的最低检出限以下。结论,贵州省农贸市场销售的鲜猪肉无兽药残留,可安全食用。

Abstract:To understand the residues of veterinary drug in fresh pork in Guizhou Province,108 samples of fresh pork were randomly collected from 24 markets in nine areas of Guizhou Province and used for detection of veterinary drug residues by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the actual detection values in 10 kinds of sulfonamides,four kinds of tetracyclines and florfenicol amine were lower than the minimum detectable limits of national standard.These results indicated that the fresh pork selling in farmer markets was safe to eat in Guizhou Province.
