摘    要:为全面掌握不同海拔烟叶的质量状况,指导卷烟配方用烟,选取3个不同海拔高度进行大田试验,研究了海拔对烟叶中的多酚、类胡萝卜素含量影响.结果表明:随海拔高度的增加,中、上部烟叶中莨菪亭含量呈显著降低趋势,其他多酚类物质及总酚含量呈上升趋势;不同海拔烟叶中的类胡萝卜素含量中部叶与上部叶的变化存在差异,中部叶中海拔烟叶的类胡萝卜素含量最高,而上部叶中海拔的最低.结论:高海拔有利于提高烟叶中除莨菪亭外的多酚类物质含量,海拔对烟叶中类胡萝卜素含量的影响因烟叶部位而异.

Abstract:In order to master the tobacco leaves’ quality at different altitude and guide cigarette formula with different tobacco leaves,field trials at three different altitudes were conducted in aspect of the influence of altitudes on polyphenol and carotenoid content.The results showed that the scopoletin in middle and upper tobacco leaves decreased distinctly as the altitude height rising.And other polyphenol content and general polyphenol content showed an increasing trend as the altitude height rising;The carotenoid content in middle and upper tobacco leaves at different altitude had different changing trend and middle tobacco leaves at mid-altitude height had the highest carotenoid content,but in upper tobacco leaves,the mid-altitude height had the lowest level of carotenoid content.Conclusion: the high altitude was benefit to increase the tobacco leaves’ polyphenol content except scopoletin,and the effect of altitude on tobacco leaves’ carotenoid content varied according to the growing position.
