摘    要:AFLP(扩增片段多态性)标记和SSR(简单重复序列)是应用广泛的分子标记技术,从遗传多样性、品种鉴定与指纹图谱构建、遗传连锁图谱构建、基因定位及分子标记辅助育种等方面概述了这2种标记在油菜上的应用,并对其应用前景进行了展望.

Abstract:The paper reviews application of AFLD and SSR marker in hereditary and breeding of rape from angles of genetic diversity,variety identification,DNA fingerprint mapping,genetic linkage mapping,gene mapping and molecular marker-assisted breeding,and forecasts the application prospect.
