摘    要:原生质体融合技术是微生物遗传育种上一项重要技术,它具有遗传信息传递量大,不受亲缘关系的影响,可有目的地选择亲株以选育理想的融合株,便于操作等优点,在遗传育种中具有广阔的应用前景。本文从原生质体的制备及其影响因子、原生质体融合的促融方法、原生质体融合子的筛选以及融合技术在微生物菌种选育中的应用等方面进行了综述。

Abstract:The technique of protoplast fusion with advantages of transmitting a large quantity of genetic information,having little influence from blood relationship,selecting parent strains on purpose for breeding the ideal fusion strains and operating easily,has the wide application prospect in microbial genetic and breeding.The paper summarizes the preparation of protoplast and its influencing factors,the accelerating method of protoplast fusion,the selection of fusants and the application of protoplast fusion in microbial strains breeding,etc.
