酿酒用辅料稻壳优质品种的筛选及其栽培

摘    要:为选择适宜酿酒用辅料稻壳的优质品种,选用与酿酒质量密切相关的稻壳的容积重和完整壳率等形态物理特征为指标,采用常规栽培与安全栽培模式,对5种杂交籼稻(黔优388、金优785、香两优875、奇优894和竹优7号)进行品种筛选与配套栽培技术研究。结果表明:黔优388、金优785、香两优875和奇优894等4个品种稻壳的容积重均显著低于对照,黔优388和金优785的完整壳率显著高于对照,而竹优7号、香两优875和奇优894的完整壳率与对照差别不显著;从生产需求的角度出发,宜选择黔优388、金优785等品种;同时制定了相应的配套安全栽培技术措施。

Abstract:In order to screen out quality rice cultivars for producing quality chaffs applied in brewing liquor,the bulk density and clad integrity of five hybrid indica rice cultivars,Qianyou 388,Jinyou 785,Xiangliangyou 875,Qiyou 894 and Zhuyou 7,were studied by common cultivation and safe cultivation models.The results showed that the volume weights of Qianyou 388,Jinyou 785,Xiangliangyou 875 and Qiyou 894 were significantly lower than CK.The clad integrities of Qianyou 388 and Jinyou 785 were significantly higher than CK,while that of Zhuyou 7,Xiangliangyou 875 and Qiyou 894 were not significantly different with CK.Qianyou 388 and Jinyou 785 were the optimum cultivars from the perspective of producing needs.At last the corresponding cultivation techniques were summarized.
