绿僵菌致病相关基因的研究进展

摘    要:绿僵菌是一种昆虫病原真菌,寄主达200多种.其侵染寄主昆虫的过程可分为体表附着、体壁穿透及体内定殖和致死等阶段.随着分子生物学方法,如EST技术、基因芯片技术、基因敲除技术、干扰技术等方法对绿僵菌致病机制的研究,对绿僵菌作为生物杀虫剂的应用起到了重大的作用.对绿僵菌在侵染宿主过程中参与体表附着阶段基因、体壁穿透阶段基因、体内定殖阶段基因及其产物进行了综述.

Abstract:Metarhizium anisopliae is one of the inscet pathogenic fungi that can infect more than 200 insect species.The process of host infection includes spore adhering,cuticle penetration,hemocoel colonization and host death.Molecular biology methods,such as EST,microarray,gene knock-out and RNAi,have elucidated pathogenic processes in M.anisopliae and have played important role in the application of M.anisopliae as bioinsecticides.This paper reviews genes concerning adhering,penetration and colonization during the...
