| 摘 要： | 绿僵菌是一种昆虫病原真菌,寄主达200多种.其侵染寄主昆虫的过程可分为体表附着、体壁穿透及体内定殖和致死等阶段.随着分子生物学方法,如EST技术、基因芯片技术、基因敲除技术、干扰技术等方法对绿僵菌致病机制的研究,对绿僵菌作为生物杀虫剂的应用起到了重大的作用.对绿僵菌在侵染宿主过程中参与体表附着阶段基因、体壁穿透阶段基因、体内定殖阶段基因及其产物进行了综述.
