我国农业发展的科技贡献水平分析

摘    要:文章以国家统计局发布的统计数据为基础,运用基于C-D生产函数的速度增长模型,分析了科技进步对我国农业发展的贡献,对2020年进行了预测,并提出了若干对策建议。结果表明:科技进步对我国农业发展的贡献不断增强,但有明显波动,与国际差距较大;2020年全国农业科技进步贡献率有望达64%以上;应从科技投入、科技队伍和科技基础设施等方面加大建设力度,增强科技对农业发展的贡献能力。

Abstract:Based on the data released by the China Statistical Bureau, the contribution level of science and technology (S & T) progress to China agricultural development was analyzed and that in 2020 was forecasted by means of Cobb-Douglas production function. Strategies of strengthening S & T progress were also proposed in the paper. After detailed researches, some conclusions have been drawn. The level of S & T progress' contribution to agricultural development has been continuously increased in China, but it was fluctuated and lower than that in abroad. The level of S & T progress' contribution to agricultural development will reach 64% or so in China in 2020. To boost the innovation ability of agricultural science and technology, the investment must be increased, and the construction of scientists' team and basic equipment must be strengthened from now.
