农业科技成果转化效益及其影响因素研究——以国家重点研发计划为例

国家重点研发计划是我国支持农业科技发展的主渠道之一,将其产出的科技成果转化为现实生产力进而提高农业科技进步贡献率对增强我国农业领域国际竞争力、保障国家粮食安全至关重要。文章选取影响国家重点研发计划农业领域科技成果转化效益的5个关键因素,通过调查问卷和数据统计分析,发现外部支持是影响成果经济效益、无形资产效益最重要的因素,而转化主体的成果转化能力及意识则是影响社会和环境效益的最重要因素,上述结论有望对我国农业科技研发和产业化工作提供有益借鉴。

Studies on Benefit and Influencing Factors of Agricultural Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation,a Case Study of the National Key Research and Development Program

National Key Research and Development Program is a main channel of support development of agricultural development in China.It is very important to transform agricultural scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces and improve the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress to enhance the international competitiveness of China′s agricultural field and guarantee the national food security.Five key factors that affect the transformation benefit of agricultural scientific and technological achievements were selected in the paper.It was discovered through questionnaire and statistical analysis of data that economic benefit of achievements′transformation was mainly affected by external support,while social and ecological benefits achievements′transformation was mainly affected by ability and intention of transfer.The relevant conclusions are expected to provide useful reference for strengthening the research,development and industrialization of agricultural science and technology in China.
