文章探讨了基于农业产业链的农业推广服务模式与利益机制问题,指出在市场经济条件下,推进农业产业链中的技术链建设的关键是构建基于农业产业链的农业推广服务模式,除政府和公益性机构以外,农业产业链中任何其他主体所提供的农业技术推广服务都必须以实现相应的成本补偿与获取报酬为前提,农业合作经济组织是构建基于农业产业链的农业推广服务模式的重要载体。

Research on Supplies Pattern of Agricultural Extension Service Based on Agricultural Industry Chain

Agricultural extension service model and its interest mechanism based on the agricultural industrial chain were discussed in the paper. It was pointed out that setting up the agricultural extension service model based on agriculture industrial chain was the key for promoting construction of technology chain in agricultural industry chain under market-oriented economy. In addition to agricultural extension services provided by government and other public sectors, those by any other body have to he in order to achieve the appropriate compensation cost and remuneration. Moreover, agricultural cooperative economic organization was an important carrier to build agricultural extension service model based on the agriculture industrial chain.
