吉林省新农村建设的人居环境优化路径分析

国家"优先工业和城市"的战略选择,使吉林省城乡人居环境的"二元"特征明显,吉林省乡村人居环境建设存在着乡村聚落空间无序化发展,乡村生态条件破坏严重,公共基础设施建设匮乏,乡村传统文化逐步消亡等问题。为了破解上述问题,吉林省应科学制订乡村规划,优化乡村布局;促进农业产业化,提高农民住房投入能力;拓宽融资渠道,加大扶持力度;发展乡土文化,促进和谐乡村社区建设。

Analysis on Countermeasures of Human Settlement Environment in Construction of New Socialist Countryside in Jilin Province

The strategic selection of＂priority of industry and city＂in China has increased the degree of characteristic of the＂dual structure＂of human settlement environment in Jilin province. There are a lot of problems of construction of rural settlement environment in Jilin province, such as rural settlement has developed disorderly, ecological conditions of rural were damaged seriously, lack of construction of public infrastructure, rural traditional culture disappeared gradually. In order to solve the abovementioned problems, Jilin province should formulate the rural planning scientifically, optimize the layout of rural settlement, advance the agriculture industrialization to boost the capability of farm＇s housing input, enrich the means of obtaining funds, increase the degree of support, developing rural culture, promote the construction eft harmonious rural communities.
