农业科技成果转化途径的探讨——玉米新品种“潞玉13”成果转化剖析

摘    要:文章通过剖析"潞玉13"玉米新品种成果转化的事例,探讨了农业科技成果转化率低的原因,指出了由于农业科技成果本身研制周期长、产量不稳定、比较效益低、农民科技文化素质不高等内部因素,加大了农业科技成果转化的难度,但在提高成果本身质量,加强转化过程中的各项管理,提高农业科技成果转化率等方面仍具有较大的发展空间。

Abstract:Taking the transformation of a new corn variety "Luyu 13" as a case, reasons of low transform rates of agricultural science and technology achievements were discussed in the paper. It was pointed out that many interior factors such as the long cycle of agricultural technology achievements, the unsteady of yield, the lower benefit of agriculture, as well as the lower quality of farmers added to difficult of the transformation of agricultural technology achievements. But there is still more space in promotion of the transformation of agricultural technology achievements concerning of the boost of quality of achievements themselves and strengthening the management of the) process of transformation.
