| 摘 要： | 研究生培养与科技创新相结合是提高研究生培养质量与科技创新水平的关键。文章通过对我国科研院所在研究生培养方面的优势和特点的分析,结合科研院所在研究生科技创新能力培养方面的不足,从导师队伍建设、研究生培养环节、学术氛围、研究平台以及激励机制等五个方面探讨了加强科研院所研究生创新能力培养的途径,为提高我国科研院所研究生培养水平提供参考。

| Abstract: | The combination of postgraduate cultivation and science ＆ technology innovation was crucial to improve postgraduate quality and science ＆ technology level. Based on analysis of the advantages, characteristics and problems of postgraduate cultivation in Chinese scientific research institutions, the approaches to develop postgraduate innovative ability in those institutions were discussed from such aspects as team construction of supervisor, the steps of postgraduate cultivation, academic atmosphere, research platform and incentive mechanism. This will provide reference for increasing the level of postgraduate cultivation in Chinese scientific research institutions. |
