| 摘 要： | 文章以中国水稻研究所为例,在阐述农业科技优秀创新团队的内涵和特征的基础上,总结了该所创新团队的建设成效,从创新团队的培育、遴选等方面论述了优秀创新团队培育的具体做法,分析了优秀创新团队培育中存在的问题及产生的原因,并从领军人才建设、构建创新团队绩效评价体系、激励机制多元化等方面提出了加强优秀创新团队建设的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Taking the Chinese National Rice Research Institute(CNRRI) as an example,the connotation and characteristics of outstanding agricultural science and technology innovation team were elaborated in the paper.The effectiveness of construction of outstanding agricultural science and technology innovation team in CNRRI was summarized.Then the related practices were discussed such as the cultivation and selection of innovation teams.The problems existed and their causes were analyzed.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the outstanding innovation teams were put forward,such as the construction of leading talents,construction of innovation team performance evaluation system,construction of incentive mechanism and other aspects. |
