黑龙江省食品工业发展现状及建议

摘    要:黑龙江虽是农业大省,但食品工业发展相对滞后,大部分农产品以原生态或粗加工形式输出,附加值较低,资源优势没能完全转化为经济效益。文章从黑龙江省的食品工业发展现状出发,通过调研和对年鉴等数据的分析,指出了目前黑龙江省食品工业存在的主要问题,分析了其发展潜力和机遇,并从产品质量、科技创新、园区建设、企业改革和政府服务等方面提出了发展建议。

Abstract:Although Heilongjiang Province is a large agricultural province,however,most of agricultural products are raw and crude-processed agricultural products with relatively low added value.Advantage of resource has not totally changed into economic benefits because of the slow development of food industry.Based on the current situation of food industry in Heilongjiang Province,problems were pointed out in the paper by investigating and analyzing the data and content of statistics yearbooks of food industry.Also development potential and opportunity of food industry was analyzed.Suggestions were recommended form such aspects as product quality,scientific and technologic innovation,park construction,enterprise reform,government services,etc.
