| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了河南省农业科技推广工作取得的主要成效和发展现状,分析了当前制约河南省农业科技推广的主要因素,并从加强农业科技公益性研究与示范推广、扶持科技示范基地建设、增加财政支持农技推广、建设基层农技队伍、提高农民科技文化素质和培育农业科技推广市场化主体等方面提出促进河南省农技推广的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Present situation and main achievements of agricultural science and technology extension in Henan Province were introduced and main limiting factors were analyzed in the paper.The policy suggestions were put forward,i.e.,strengthen study and extension of public welfare agricultural science researches,support construction of science and technology demonstration base,increase financial support,build basic agricultural science extension teams,improve farmers’ scientific quality and develop business entity,etc. |
