| 摘 要： | 科研管理工作直接服务于农业科研和生产,是科研院所工作的重要组成部分,但目前地市农业科研院所科研管理工作存在着科研项目重申报、轻实施,科研课题小、研究分散等问题,针对这些问题,文章提出了加强管理机制创新、加强科研管理条件建设、加强科研全程化管理等对策。
