| 摘 要： | 文章分析了我国现代烟草农业队伍建设中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策,如健全薪金福利和绩效考核制度、塑造优秀的企业文化、强化人才引进工作、为职工提供发展平台、建设学习型的企业、提高烟叶技术人员的综合素质水平、发展现代化烟农队伍等,以期满足现代烟草农业对烟草队伍建设的要求。
