高职食品专业顶岗实习的组织管理实践与探索

摘    要:顶岗实习是培养学生职业能力的关键教学环节,是深化"工学结合"人才培养模式、强化学生职业道德和职业素质教育的良好途径。文章结合苏州农业职业技术学院食品专业学生顶岗实习的组织管理实践,指出实习指导教师的工作成效对于整个顶岗实习的顺利实施起着至关重要的作用,同时,针对顶岗实习存在的问题提出了改进的对策建议。

Abstract:Post internship is the key link of vocational education to cultivate students' professional competence. It's a good approach to deepen the "Integration of Working and Studying "training mode, and strengthen professional ethics and professional quality education. The practice on the post internship organizational management of food specialty in Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture was analyzed in the paper. It was pointed out that the effectiveness of internship instructor plays a vital role in the smooth implementation of the post internship. Some unresolved problems were suggested and improving measures were put forward at the same time.
