吉林省农业信息化建设的制约因素与改进措施

吉林省是我国主要的产粮大省,农业是其重要的支柱产业。随着社会的不断发展,我国对农业生产的重视程度也在不断提高,农业信息服务成为全社会广泛关注的热点。文章分析了吉林省农业信息化建设的制约因素,如信息服务资源供给不足、农业信息终端处于劣势地位、信息化平台应用程度较低等,提出了强化各级政府部门信息化意识、加大资金投入力度、加大农业信息技术人才培养和储备力度等改进措施,以期促进吉林省农业信息化建设。

Factors Limited the Construction of Agricultural Informatization of Jilin Province and Improving Measures

Jilin Province is the most important grain producing province in China,and agriculture is mainstay industries of Jilin Province.As the society is developing constantly,the importance of agricultural production in China is increasing,agricultural information service has become a issue of great concern to the whole society.Factors limited the construction of agricultural informatization of Jilin Province were analyzed in the paper,such as insufficient supply of service resources,weak status of agricultural information terminal,low application of information platform.Some improvement measures were put forward on this basis,such as strengthening awareness of informatization of governments of each level,increasing financial input,strengthening training of related technician,and enlarging store capacity,which will promote the construction of agricultural informatization of Jilin Province.
