| 摘 要： | 现代农业示范基地是我国农业产业化发展最重要的科技平台,在科技成果的转化、科技研发的导向、农业企业规范化管理等方面起着重要的作用。文章以科研院所为投资主体的现代农业示范基地为研究对象,分析其在管理机制的发展模式、运行机制等方面存在的问题并提出建议,同时对基地未来的管理机制进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The modem agriculture demonstration base is the central sci-tech platform of Chinese agriculture industrialization, which has the crutial functions of sci-tech achievement transformation, technical research ＆ development orientation and the standardized management of agricultural enterprises. As a object of study, the modem agriculture demonstration base invested by agricultural scientific research institute was studied and the problems of developing mode and operating mechanism were analyzed. Meanwhile, the prospect in futural management mechanism of base was forecast. |
