| 摘 要： | 文章分析了现代农业背景下的科研管理模式,科研管理过程中遇到的挑战和困难,并以目前处于转型期的中国热带农业科学院广州实验站(以下简称"热科院广州实验站")为对象,对新时期农业科研管理工作的新思路提出对策和建议,指出科研管理人员需增强科研服务意识,营造人性化环境和加强管理创新能力。

| Abstract: | The mode of management of modern agricultural science research, the challenges and difficulties in the process were analyzed in the paper. Taking Guangzhou Experimental Station of CATAS in the transformative stage as object, new ideas for countermeasures and suggestions of agricultural scientific research management in the new era were put forward. It was pointed out that research managers need to enhance research service awareness, create a humane environment and strengthen the ability of management innovation. |
