农业科研单位青年人才教育培养的实践与探讨

摘    要:高素质的青年科技人才是农业科技事业发展的强劲动力和核心资源。文章在调查研究的基础上,分析了农业科研单位青年人才队伍的现状和特点,并结合浙江省农业科学院的实践,提出了青年人才"2+X"的教育培养模式,即通过建立导师制和协议制,实施文化引领、实践锻炼、岗位培养、平台搭建和政策激励等具体的教育培养方式,以期更好地促进青年科技人员成长、成才。

Abstract:A group of highly qualified young scientists is a strong driving force and core resources for the development of agricultural science and technology industry. On the basis of mass investigations, status and characteristics of young professionals in the agricultural research institutes were analyzed in the paper. According to the practice of Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the "2+X" educational training mode for young professionals was proposed. Specific training modes were such as establishing a system of tutorial and agreements, cultural guiding, practice and follows, post training, setting up of platform, policy incentives, etc. All these were for promoting young personnels to grow up and become talents.
