| Abstract: | It plays a directly and decisive role to social and economic profits of agricultural scientific institutions that increasing the whole efficacy of scientific teams of agricultural scientific institutions. This article puts forward the basic countermeasures how to increase the whole efficacy, analysing the reasons influencing the whole efficacy of scientific teams of agricultural scientific institutions. |
