| 摘 要： | 针对城镇养老保险不适应农民工群体的就业特点,一些专家提出建立农民工养老保险个人账户制度。但个人账户制也存在一些问题:共济性差,基金的保值增值困难,不利于劳动力市场的平等竞争及农民工的城镇化。农民工的养老保险涉及众多的利益调整,还需更多的制度创新。

| Abstract: | Since the pension system implemented in towns is not suitable to rural migrant workers, a unique pension system for those migrant workers using personal account has been proposed by some specialists. However, this personal account system has its own drawbacks, i.e., poor in communization, difficult to maintain and enhance the fund, harmful to equal competition of labor force and urbanization. Multiple benefit adjustments were involved in the pension system for rural migrant workers, and more innovations in pension system were need. |
