| 摘 要： | 实验动物为当今世界生命科学、生物技术、食品医药、畜牧兽医等研究领域突飞猛进的发展作出了巨大的贡献,随着科技的飞跃发展,动物伦理和福利问题受到了世界各国的普遍关注。文章对动物伦理的基本内涵、我国实验动物伦理和福利发展现状进行了详细地分析,提出加强制度保障和贯彻落实"3R"原则的措施。 |

| Abstract: | Experimental animals have made tremendous contributions to the rapid development of life sciences, biotechnology, food, pharmaceuticals, animal husbandry and veterinary areas in today＇s world. With the rapid development of science and technology, animal ethics and welfare issues have been widely concerned around the world. In this paper, we made a detailed analysis on the basic content of animal ethics and the development status of experimental animal and welfare in China. Furthermore, measures were proposed such as strengthening system security and carrying out ＂3R＂ principle. |
