| 摘 要： | 河北天户峪村是苹果生产专业村,该村的"村委会+集体企业+协会"的农村经济组织模式历经3次改革创新,取得了显著的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益。文章对该农村经济组织模式的发展历程及实施效果进行总结,重点分析这种经济组织模式的利弊,并提出相应的对策建议,如制订集体企业的发展战略,改革利益分配方式,对果农进行正确的教育和引导等。
