| 摘 要： | 激励是管理过程中不可或缺的环节和活动。文章以农业科研院所为研究对象,分析了当前人力资源管理的现状和存在的主要问题,阐述了激励机制在农业科研院所人力资源管理中的重要性,并就如何完善激励机制和人力资源管理提出了建立待遇激励机制、目标激励机制、公平的竞争激励机制、奖惩分明的激励机制等六大对策与建议,以达到通过内外激励措施来提高我国农业科研院所农业科技人才工作的积极性,实现留住优秀人才、提高工作效率的双重目标。 |

| Abstract: | Encouragement is an indispensable link and activity in the process of management. Taking agricultural scientific research institutions for object, the current situation and main problems of human resources management were analyzed in the paper. The importance of encouragement in the human resources management of agricultural research institutions was expounded. Aimed at improving the work enthusiasm, efficiency and retain good talents, six countermeasures and suggestions on bow to perfect incentive mechanism and human resources management were put forward, such as constructing mechanisms of treatment incentive, objective incentive, fair competition incentive, and clear reward and penalty incentive. |
