| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了农业科技成果转化的内涵,分析了我国农业科研单位科技成果转化的现状,指出了科技成果转化存在的问题,并提出了提升对科技成果转化重要性的认识、强化政府职能、完善运行机制、加强资金筹措、提高农民科技文化素质等对策,以推进农业科研单位科技成果转化。

| Abstract: | The contents of transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements were elaborated in the paper. Current situation of transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements in agricultural science research units was analyzed and problems were pointed out. Countermeasures for promoting transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements in these units were put forward, i.e., boosting the understanding of importance of transformation of achievements, strengthening function of governments, improving operating mechanism, increasing financial input, and raising scientific and cultural quality of farmers. |
