Speeding up the Change of Agricultural Development Mode in China by Constructing Comprehensive Organization of Modern Agriculture

Facing new situation and new tasks of development of agriculture and agricultural science and technology in China, a new strain of thought to solve many bottle-neck problems related to agriculture, countryside, farmers and development of agricultural science and technology was to construct comprehensive organization of modern agriculture. In this agricultural comprehensive organization, production, livelihood and ecological functions were developed, and objects of whole industrial chain, agricultural science and technology support system and managing system were integrated. It innovated a new mode for effectively combined related strength from government, institutes, enterprises and financial department.
