摘    要:建立健全科技人才的激励机制是非营利性科研机构人才工作的重要内容。文章以中国热带农业科学院热带生物技术研究所为例,对构建非营利性科研机构的科技人才激励机制进行了探讨,并对该所的人才队伍状况、特点及现行的激励机制进行了分析,提出了从物质激励和精神激励两大方面构建全方位的科技人才激励机制。

Abstract:Constructing and perfecting science and technology talents incentive mechanism is an important content of non-profit scientific research institutions' personnel work. Taking the Institute of Tropical Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as a case, the construction of science and technology talent incentive mechanism in non-profit scientific research institutions were discussed in the paper. Current status of its personnel team, characteristics and the current incentive mechanism were analyzed. A full range of specific measures to the incentive mechanism of scientific and technological personnel were put forward from two aspects of the material and spiritual.
