| 摘 要： | 农业科技创新对粮食安全、农业持续发展、社会稳定等具有决定性意义。文章阐述了加强公益性农业科研创新发展的必要性,分析了制约公益性农业科研创新发展的因素,提出了加大农业科研投入力度、健全农业科研管理体制、完善公益性农业科研学科体系、加强科研人才培养等提升公益性农业科研创新能力的对策。

| Abstract: | Agricultural science and technology innovation is of important significance to food safety, sustainable agricultural development and social stable. Necessity of strengthening common wealthy agricultural science and technology innovative development was described in the paper. Factors limited the development of common wealthy agricultural science and technology innovation were analyzed. Measures to boost the common wealthy agricultural science and technology innovative ability were put forward, such as increasing input of agricultural scientific research, improving management system of agricultural scientific research, perfecting subject system of common wealthy agricultural scientific research, and strengthening training of scientific talents, etc. |
