摘    要:文章从目前被广泛认可的转基因植物食用安全评价的原则、内容和方法等国际通行做法以及我国对转基因植物食用安全评价的要求等方面,对转基因食品食用安全性评价现状进行了系统的阐述,提出了完成安全性评价而批准上市的转基因食品是安全的观点。

Abstract:Current situation of assessment of food safety of genetically modified plants was systematically discussed in the paper from such aspects,such as international practices of the principles,contents and methods of food safety assessment,related requirement in China,etc. It was pointed out that genetically modified food which safety evaluation has been completed and approval obtained was as safe as its conventional counterpart.
