| Abstract: | With the development of science and technology, the role of basic researches becomes more and more important. According to the primary content of basic researches, the main characteristics of them were analyzed and the function of them in the advance of science and technology discussed in the paper. Based on the author's experience, a kind of management innovation which suits the development of basic research was proposed. |
