创新江西现代农业科技服务体系十策

摘    要:当前,江西农业科技服务体系主体构成以政府主导的农业技术推广服务组织为主,农业科研院校、产业化组织与农民合作组织等多元化主体共同参与,上述农业科技服务主体各具优缺点,亟待整合优化。文章阐述了江西农业科技服务体系的构成,分析了该体系存在的问题,提出了创新江西现代农业科技服务体系建设的十条对策,并在大量调研的基础上,以江西省农业科学院为例,提出了农业科研部门创新农业科技服务模式的具体思路与方案。

Abstract:At present, the dominant position of agricultural science and technology service system of Jiangxi Province is given priority to the government-led agro-technical popularization service organizations, and the agricultural scientific research institutions, industrialization organization, farmers' cooperative organization and other diversified entities as the additional roles participate in. Each one mentioned above has its own advantages and disadvantages and should be integrated and optimized. The components of agricultural science and technology service system in Jiangxi Province were elaborated in the paper. Problems in this system were analyzed and ten countermeasures about innovation of modern agricultural science and technology service system construction of Jiangxi Province were put forward. Based on a large number of surveys and taking Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences for example, specific thinking and scheme on innovation of agricultural science and technology service pattern in the agricultural scientific research department were proposed.
