加强宁夏农业技术推广服务体系建设与管理的探讨

农业技术推广对促进农业科技成果转化和技术进步,发展农业生产和农村经济具有十分重要的作用。文章针对宁夏回族自治区农业技术推广服务体系的发展现状作了全面客观的分析,特别对现行体系中不利于农业技术推广工作的问题进行了调查,剖析,在此基础上提出了加强本地区农业技术推广服务体系建设与管理办法,以引起各方面的重视,从而保证和推动宁夏农业技术推广服务体系的健康发展。

Probe into Improvement of Establishment and Management of Ningxia Agricultural Extension and Service System

Extension of agricultural techniques is of great importance in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and technical innovation,and it plays an important role in the development of agrcultural production and rural economy.Therefore,in this paper the current situation of agricultural extension and service system in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is analyzed thoroughly and objectively.Problems existed in the system are surveyed and studied,measures and steps related to the improvement of construction and management of local agricultural extension and service system are suggested.Our purposes is drawing everyone's attention,so as to ensure and promote its healthy development.
