摘    要:高效农业规模化是江苏省委、省政府深入贯彻落实科学发展观,依据中央要求和省情特点而提出的"十一五"期间要扎实推进的新农村建设十大工程之一。文章运用SWOT分析法对江苏发展高效农业的内外部环境进行了综合分析,以客观评价发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,从而提出制订规划,引领高效农业发展方向;建立农产品质量追溯体系,加快实施"放心"工程;强化农业科技创新体系建设,支撑现代高效农业建设等发展对策,以推进现代高效农业的实施进程。

Abstract:Large-scale high-efficiency agriculture is one of ten projects of new socialist countryside construction in "Eleventh five-year plan" period in Jiangsu province.It was proposed according to the demand of CCCP and Jiangsu's facts and an embodiment of scientific viewpoint of development.Inside and exterior environment of developing high efficiency agriculture in Jiangsu province was analyzed by SWOT method.We can impersonally evaluate advantages,disadvantages,chances and challenge of development.To quicken course of modern agriculture,we put forward some measures intensified in the future,i.e.,making plan to orientate the direction of development of high efficiency agriculture,set-ting up quality trace back system of agricultural products and speeding up the implementing of Trust project,strengthening construction of a-gricultural science and technology innovative system to support the setting up of modern high efficiency agriculture,etc.
