农业市场风险防范的微观困境与防范策略——以河西走廊地区实际调研为例

文章通过对甘肃河西走廊地区农户市场风险防范的微观困境及原因分析认为,在现阶段,农业市场风险是影响农民收入的关键因素。但农户对市场风险防范的盲目性、滞后性、无效性和自发性,使农户在市场面前显得无能为力,陷入了微观困境。为此,提出了甘肃河西地区防范市场风险的微观策略,即农户为了防范市场风险应该采取弱化对农业的依赖性、措施多样化、降低成本、农户联盟、法律维权、降低消费等策略。

Microscopic Difficult Position on Agricultural Market Risk and Guard Strategy,Taking Investigation of Gansu Corridor as a Case

The microscopic difficult position of prevention of peasant household market risk in Gansu Corridor and reasons were analyzed in the paper. The results showed that agricultural market risk was the key aspect affects farmers＇ income at the present stage. At the moment, the blindness, the delaying, the ineffective and the spontaneity of peasant household to prevent market risk caused them seem like helpless in front of the market, and fell into the microscopic difficult position. Therefore, microscopic strategy for preventing market risks was proposed, such as peasants should reduce agriculture dependence, make the diversification, reduce the cost, set up the peasant household alliance, guarantee their property by the legal power, reduce expense, and so on.
