摘    要:植物新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性(DUS)测试在品种授权、市场准入和品种鉴定等方面起着不可替代的作用,是现代种植业健康发展的重要技术保障。2000年以来,国家先后投资建设了植物新品种测试中心及14个分中心,累计完成5 000多份新品种DUS测试任务,但测试和保藏体系建设滞后,测试指南和快速鉴定方法研制不足等问题制约了新品种DUS测试的发展。为了加强DUS测试体系建设,服务现代种业发展,文章提出了加快测试指南研制、加强测试体系硬件建设、加强测试技术研究、扩充国家资源圃、支持DNA等快速鉴别方法等政策建议。

Abstract:DUS testing for new varieties of plants is an important technical safeguard for the sound development of modern seed industry.It acts a very important role in grant of PBR,market accessing,identification of variety,and so on.Since 2000,Ministry of Agriculture established DUS testing center and 14 sub stations,accomplished more than 5000 DUS testing tasks for granting PBR.But problems like low level of basic conditions for DUS testing and preservation,lack of DUS testing guidelines and DNA identification methods restrict the development of DUS testing.Follow suggestions were put forward in the paper to promote the construction of DUS testing system,i.e.,speeding up the study and drawing up of DUS test guidelines,strengthening the construction of foundations of hardware,strengthening the study of DUS testing technology,expanding the construction of national germplasm resource bank,and supporting the application of DNA identification methods,etc.
