| 摘 要： | 文章基于对农业科研管理工作在农业科学研究中的重要地位的认识,结合实际工作中的深刻体会,提出了搞好基层农业科研单位科研管理工作的几点思考。即农业科研管理必须要有思路、有规划,充分有效地配置人才资源,并且要结合当地农业生产中的突出问题,抓好立项和选题,做好项目管理,完善各项科研条件,促进农业生产发展和科学技术进步。

| Abstract: | Knowing the important status of management in agricultural science researches, accompany with experiences in actual work, several considerations on improving management of scientific researches in basic agricultural institutions were put forward in the paper. That is, there must be new concept in the management, a well designated plan is also needed, qualified personnel resources being effectively distributed, selecting programs which are main problems in local agricultural production, effective management and improving research conditions, promoting agricultural production and advance of agricultural science and technology. |
