| 摘 要： | 采用土壤分离法和僵虫分离法,获得12株不同来源的绿僵菌。通过对这12株绿僵菌采用2级筛选法进行室内毒力测定,最终确定LA3菌株对椰心叶甲的毒力相对最高,为防治椰心叶甲的优势种。

| Abstract: | Twelve different strains of Metarhizium anisopliae were isolated from soil and cadavers. In the laboratory detected the toxicity of the twenty-one strains by two class screening method. The last result showed that the virulence of the LA3 strain was the most great. It was a better one to control the Brontispa longissima (Gastro). |
