我国粮食生产资源要素配置问题的探析

通过研究粮食生产所需的耕地资源、水资源、劳动力资源、资本和技术要素在粮食生产中的配置问题,发现我国粮食生产资源要素有逐渐”非农化”趋势,从价格波动、粮食生产比较利益低、农民的风险规避性角度分析了粮食生产资源要素逃离粮食生产问题,并提出了相应的对策建议.

Analysis of element configuration issues on China's grain production resource

This paper studied China''s grain production configuration issues on the arable land resources, water resources, labor resources, capital and technology elements required for grain production. The study found that China''s grain production resource elements had gradually become a trend of "non-agriculture". As viewed from price fluctuation, low comparative advantage, farmers risk aversion, this paper analysed issues on the elements of grain production resources escaping from grain production and then put forward corresponding countermeasures.
