摘    要:针对水产品的质量问题,提出了水产品的生产过程质量安全控制点,即生产环节、加工环节、储藏环节、运输环节及零售环节,同时提出了水产品生产水平划分模式;运用射频识别技术、网络通信技术、传感器技术及无线传感网络等物联网技术,依据划分的水产用户的生产水平,构建相应的水产品质量安全控制方式;探讨了水产品质量安全信息化的过程控制系统构建,为实现可追溯的水产品质量安全的控制体系提供理论基础和技术手段.

Abstract:Aiming to aquatic products quality problems, quality control points of productive process were proposed, including production, processing, store, transportation and sale, and the pattern of aquatic products production levels was proposed. According to users aquaculture production levels in the paper, we proposed the reasonable aquatic products quality and safety control method by using the RFID, Network communication techniques and WSN etc. The control system construction was explored on the whole process information of the aquatic products quality safety, providing theoretical basis and technical means for completing traceability of the aquatic products quality safety control system.
