银翘散对感染甲1型流感病毒金刚烷胺耐药株小鼠的抗病毒研究

摘    要:以经过耐药表型和基因型鉴定的甲1型流感病毒金刚烷胺耐药株感染BALB/c小鼠,观察其生存状态并测定肺指数,以苏木素—伊红染色(HE染色)法观察肺组织病理改变;将鼠肺悬液以空斑试验定量检测感染性病毒滴度。研究结果表明,银翘散可以减轻甲1型流感耐药株感染小鼠引起的全身症状,降低肺指数;减少鼠肺病变范围及肺泡渗出物;降低鼠肺病毒滴度。说明银翘散有体内抑制甲1型流感病毒金刚烷胺耐药株复制的作用。

Abstract:The antiviral effects of Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder were observed in vivo,and the impacts on living states,lung index,virus titer of lungs,pathological changes of lungs were observed in the mice infected with amantadine-resistant influenza a virus.The results showed that Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder significantly inhibited the lung consolidation of mice pneumonia caused by the infection of influenza virus and replication of the infectious viral particles in lungs at the concentration.No significant ...
