| 摘 要： | 在盐胁迫条件下采用诱抗剂处理水稻幼苗,测定苗高和根长的耐盐系数及其诱导率,研究了诱抗剂对水稻耐盐性的诱导效果。结果表明:在诱抗剂最适浓度、最适诱导时间及适宜的盐胁迫条件下才能产生较好的诱导效果,不同诱抗剂的诱导效果有明显差异,而诱导率是衡量诱抗剂诱导效果的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Seeding high salt tolerance coefficient(SSC) and root length salt tolerance coefficient(RSC),seeding high in-duce rate(SIR) and root length induce rate(RIR) are determine for rice seeding treat with elicitors under salt tress.Result indi-cated that effect of inducement can be better under the optimum concentration of elicitor,time of inducement and salt tress.Ef-fect of inducement exist evident difference for differ elicitor.Inducement rate is a scale to import index in the effect of elicitor. |
