革胡子鲶、本地胡子鲶及其杂交种血清转铁蛋白的遗传多态性

摘    要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定了革胡子鲶(Clarias gariepinus)、本地胡子鲶(Claris fuscus Lacepede)及其杂交个体F1的血清转铁蛋白(Tf)的多态性。结果表明,3种鲶鱼均出现2个Tf区域,即Tf一区和Tf二区,革胡子鲶在一区的表达量最高,且没有缺失现象;3种胡子鲶受3个等位基因控制,本地胡子鲶出现4种表现型,革胡子鲶与杂交个体只有2种表现型,Tf杂合体基因型均大于纯合体基因型;血清铁浓度:革胡子鲶>杂交个体>本地胡子鲶,铁饱和度:革胡子鲶>本地胡子鲶>杂交个体。说明革胡子鲶具有更强的耐低氧能力,更能适应恶劣环境。

Abstract:The study on three claris catfish(Clarias gariepinus,Claris fuscus Lacepede,mule fish F1) at serum transferring polymorphism were carried out with vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE).The kinds,phenotype and genotype of serum transferrin between three claris catfish were analyzed.The iron concentrations,the iron binding capacities and iron saturation degrees of serum of three claris catfish also were determined.The results showed that there were two phenotypes which were controlled by three genotypes in Clarias gariepinus and mule fish F1,While four phenotypes in Claris fuscus Lacepede.The heterozygote of serum transferring is more than the homozygote in all of the three claris catfish.Additionally,the iron concentrations: Clarias gariepinus>Mule fish F1>Claris fuscus Lacepede;the iron saturation degrees: Clarias gariepinus>Claris fuscus Lacepede>mule fish F1.It showed that Clarias gariepinus has a stronger low oxygen concentration resistance than the other two claris fishes.
