摘    要:生物信息学是在生命科学研究中以计算机为工具对生物信息进行收集、储存、检索和分析的科学,现已广泛地渗透到植物保护学等研究领域并成为必不可少的重要工具。综合国内外有关生物信息学的教科研发展现状,较为系统地阐述了植物保护专业开设该课程的必要性和可行性,以期为高等职业院校植物保护专业内涵建设提供思路。
